I’m a Basildon boy through and through and I’m standing to your hard-working local Labour councillor because I passionately believe in making our area a place to be proud of.
We need someone who is going to put Pitsea first, and as your councillor that is exactly what I will do. That’s why as your hard-working councillor I’ll fight to protect our local services and demand more investment to improve our areas in Rokescroft, Eversley, Rydene, Pitsea Mount and Bowers Gifford.
Taking pride in my community is at the core of my values, but for too many years we’ve seen Pitsea neglected by the Billericay Conservatives who only care about their areas of Billericay and Wickford. They bulldozed Pitsea Swimming pool and their savage cuts closed Pitsea Police Station. It’s no surprise crime has since risen. On 3rd May you can say enough is enough – Pitsea cannot afford any more years of Conservative rule from Billericay.
To me, every resident should feel safe in their community and one of my most important pledges to you is working to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour.
I also strongly believe that new homes should be affordable to local people and one of my top priorities as your councillor will be to make sure that we build more social housing along with the infrastructure to sustain it.
With your support, on Thursday 3rd May we can ensure Pitsea has a strong voice and is a place to be proud of.
Remember you have two votes in Pitsea South East
